Terms of Service

Content Creator OS provides software that analyzes connected Instagram account data and generates operational content intelligence. You are responsible for your account, content decisions, and compliance with platform rules.

You must have permission to connect any Instagram account you add to Content Creator OS. You may not use Content Creator OS to access data you are not authorized to use.

Paid access is managed through Stripe. Subscription status controls access to Instagram connection and pipeline runs.

Content Creator OS may be unavailable during maintenance, third-party API outages, Meta review changes, AI provider failures, or infrastructure incidents.

This scaffold should be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
